Kelonjee recently handled an upgrade of the audio system in my 2026 Honda Civic and it was a very positive experience. I had very specific requirements for space usage and after a little brainstorming he arrived at a solution that fit my requirements beautifully! He had to custom order a few pieces which took a bit but throughout it all he made sure to stay in touch with me and keep me updated as to his progress. He personally runs the shop and addressed his customers needs. His connection to his staff is readily evident and they work together seamlessly. I acquired another vehicle last week and will be visiting his shop again this coming week to arrange for an audio upgrade for this SUV. Highly recommended!!

I dropped by auto image today, not to make a purchase, but to gain knowledge on a radio that’s in a car that I just bought. Ivan was super courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood my radio inside and out. Their customer service is top-notch and if I ever need anything for my car, this will be the place where I will go! Ivan at Auto Image went above and beyond with customer service. The work performed on my 2023 Hyundai elantra limited was stellar. I requested ceramic tint on entire car. It looks as tho it came from the factory that way. Also installed my weather tech rain guards. Perfect job by Ivan and his team. I will be returning for future work. Excellent experience overall.

I came to Auto Image in RVA to get some wire to do a "big 3" upgrade on my vehicle. The store owner, Ivan, took my phone call 5 minutes prior to closing. I arrived another 5 minutes AFTER their closing hours and he still served me. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the tools that I needed and he provided me with extra parts to ensure I was 100% set. It's clear that the technicians are polite and extremely knowledgeable as well. They explain things and are happy to make sure you know what you're working with even if you're a DIY kind of person. Not money-hungry, very respectful, and just down to earth in general.

I wanted to wait a few weeks to leave my review of Ivan Jenkins and Auto Image because sometimes problems arise after a bit of time. Ivan and his team took my 2011 Honda Pilot and updated it so it is safer and more enjoyable to drive. He converted my broken cd/radio unit into an integrated touch screen system with a great backup camera (if you have this model Pilot, you know how horrible the “camera” in the rear view mirror is). He patiently showed us all of our options and got the work done so quickly. He even checked out a low pressure tire for me to make sure that the valve stem wasn’t leaking! I cannot give him and his team a higher recommendation. If you plan on having any work done on a vehicle, he is the one to see.
